Due to the size, weight, and logistics involved in shipping containers and heavy equipment, returns are limited and subject to strict conditions.

- The product is unused, unmodified, and in original condition
- The product has not been relocated, installed, or altered
Return requests submitted outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-built or modified containers
- Refrigerated containers once powered or commissioned
- Containers sold as “As-Is” or Project Grade
- Tilt bed trailers, chassis, and handling equipment after delivery
- Installed or used accessories
These restrictions are in place due to safety standards, certification requirements, and resale limitations.
Return Authorization Process
All returns require prior written authorization.
To Request a Return
- Contact our support team within the eligibility period
- Provide order details and clear photos of the product
- Wait for return approval and instructions
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Handling
- Customers are responsible for all return freight costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Returns must be arranged using approved freight methods

Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled before shipment may be eligible for a refund, minus administrative fees
- Orders canceled after freight dispatch are non-refundable
